Bright Life Supported Living

A pathway of supported living and independence-focused care

Bright Life Supported Living provides support for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism whose needs may include personal care, tenancy support, community inclusion, emotional wellbeing, and progression towards greater independence.

Support is planned around assessed needs and desired outcomes

Each person receives a comprehensive needs assessment, a person-centred care and support plan, and regular reviews. Support may include personal care, medication support, daily living skills, emotional stability, crisis prevention, community activities, healthy routines, and confidence building.
