Bright Life Supported Living

A clear route for concerns, compliments, and honest feedback

Bright Life Supported Living aims to make it straightforward for people, families, advocates, professionals, and staff to speak up. Feedback helps the service respond quickly, learn properly, and keep improving.

Simple, accessible, and taken seriously

The Statement of Purpose sets out an accessible complaints approach, with concerns handled promptly, fairly, and in line with the Duty of Candour.

Speak to the manager

The registered manager is the first line of support for complaints, concerns, safeguarding worries, and service feedback.

Accessible information

People should receive clear information about how to raise concerns, including through the service user guide.

Learning and improvement

Feedback is used to identify what needs to change, strengthen practice, and improve the experience of people using the service.

You can ask someone to help you speak up

People should be able to raise concerns in the way that works best for them. Families, advocates, social workers, commissioners, or trusted people can help share feedback where the person wants support to do this.
