Bright Life Supported Living

Join a team built around dignity, independence, and everyday progress

Bright Life Supported Living is building a values-led team for adults with learning disabilities and autism. We look for people who are patient, respectful, reliable, and serious about helping people live with more choice and confidence.

Join the family

Bright Life Supported Living is preparing for a team that can support people with warmth, reliability, and strong professional standards.

A hands-on role supporting people with routines, personal care, home life, appointments, community access, and confidence-building.

Support Worker

Care and daily living support

A role for experienced support staff who can model safe practice, support colleagues, and help keep care plans and records on track.

Senior Support Worker

Practice and team guidance

A leadership role focused on safe systems, positive outcomes, professional communication, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Clinical or Care Lead

Quality and governance support

Care work that is thoughtful, steady, and person-led

The right team members understand that support is not just a task list. It is about trust, safety, communication, and helping each person build the life they want.

Respectful support

You listen first, protect dignity, and support people to make everyday choices wherever possible.

Safe practice

You take safeguarding, risk management, record keeping, medication support, and professional boundaries seriously.

Progress mindset

You help people build daily living skills, confidence, community connections, and routines that support independence.

Training, supervision, and clear expectations

Team members can expect structured induction, mandatory training, regular supervision, and clear policies that support safe, caring, responsive services. The client Statement of Purpose references training across safeguarding, medication, MCA and DoLS, positive behaviour support, de-escalation, and learning disability and autism awareness.
