Community networks

Support to access local services, activities, appointments, advocacy, and community resources.

Healthy routines

Help with structure, emotional wellbeing, motivation, safety, and day-to-day confidence.

Practical independence

Support with budgeting, tenancy-related tasks, benefits, forms, and signposting to specialist advice where needed.

How this support works

A short overview of the support pathway, written so this page feels finished while the client copy is still being refined.

Floating support is designed for people who have identified vulnerabilities and need help to adjust, resettle, and stay connected in the community.

This support is lower level than 24-hour supported living. It can focus on community networks, appointments, confidence, emotional wellbeing, practical tenancy tasks, budgeting, and signposting to specialist services where appropriate.
